Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it goes through verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipment processing may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.
- Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

- Free Shipping: For orders of $50.00 and above
- Standard Delivery: $10.00 for orders under $50.00
- Expedited Delivery: $20.00 for all orders

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Damages
Blackn is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
